30-day return window

Unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

How to return

1. Email hello@dqfitnesson.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Refund is issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Tell us in your email — we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on the way.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned.
